Our Mission

Our mission is to leverage the tremendous power of sustainability for client prosperity and a better world.

How we came to be...

In 2001 Diana Rivenburgh moved outside the parameters of a traditional corporate career and founded Talent Strategies & Solutions, Inc., a consulting practice for organizational and leadership development. Her firm's work with clients on strategy, change management and talent practices provided first hand evidence of the relationship between organizations and the social, environmental and economic forces at work within their markets and talent pools. These forces directly impact their success or failure, and these organizations, in turn, have the resources, the talent and the influence to initiate meaningful change. Strategic Imperatives was established to help businesses, educational institutions, communities and other organizations to develop more sustainable practices while they reap the benefits of these efforts now and for many years to come.
